SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.

Received call from 01915277766. Number told to phone 0013476699085 by automated message to receive £500000 lottery win. Advised me that I had been contacted by phone and letter that I had not replied to. Given 18 days to respond before prise withdrawn. I have not entered any lottery and received no previous communication. Obvious scam so did not respond.

They called my 85 year old Father many times over a few days and somehow managed to charge him 86 pounds which it took me a long time to get the provider to reverse. Have nothing to do with them

Received a text allegedly from Santander saying that my card was used at Betfred for £3800. I know it’s fake but how can I report it and stop it ????????????

All the numbers from this range 020794609xx are used by the same call centre dealing with insurance marketing - car accident. If you say you have had no accident, they mostly hang up the phone and that's it... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
