Had a call from this number at 2200, rang twice and they hung up before I could answer.

Number on my phone a few times, answered this morning, the caller said they were from Talktalk. I had my doubts and put the phone down.

I answered but didn t speak, as the sound is what triggers the robot usually - if it is a real person they will speak first. they hung up.

Came via an MMS mesage on my E_mail. It cam e from the mobile company O2.co.uk. Probably an effort to get me to call their number which will cost me money and is thus a SCAM.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Threatened to block my connection. I told him where to go and hung up. He called back three times in a different voice and got told again where to go! One of many scammers trying the same old gag. This is a company called www.ppiclaimine.com. They have a freephone number 0800 0783542 which took me an age to track down. The person who has been harassing me for 2-years now is well spoken but with a potty mouth when challenged. Please keep on calling this number (it s free and you have nothing to lose). We need to fight back against these scammers.

Said his name was James Walker. telling me I have unsecured debt. buckled when I started asking him questions and hung up. asking about my finances and from his accent clearly gave a false name, when I asked what company he was calling from he said it isn t a company it the consumer awareness line, but this does not exist. SCAMMING for bank details!!
