This number called - voicemail that was left indicated it was customer service survey after my car was serviced, they mentioned the actual garage name so I guess they have employed a call centre to do the follow up on their behalf.

I answered and the caller said nothing so I said nothing. I take the position that if they call me they obviously have something to say to me so I wait for them to speak. After 6 seconds of office noise they hung up. No idea who they are or what they wanted.
Phoning me 2/3 times a day, got fed up and answered and there was no-one there. Cardiff number apparently, I thought the Government were supposed to be dealing with cold call problems?!?
