Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. I told him he had already had his 2 questions and was not amused. I had told them yesterday to remove my number but clearly they have not. I am with TPS but this does no good. Who can we complain to? I answered this before it went to answer phone (no messages left when connected to it on previous calls) and got a load of waffle about loft insulation problems. "We have a list of properties ............ " "Well you can remove mine" and I ended call.

SCAM Call starts with an automated message telling you that there is an arrest warrant out for you for underpaid tax and tax fraud. Continued the call to confront whoever initiated the call, and it follows through to an Indian call centre purporting to be HMRC. Do not give any details to these scammers!

this Indian woman rang me and for over three minutes told me that she was ringing to prevent any nuisance calls to my number in the future. I told her she was being a nuisance.... and she kept telling me that she was from the anti nuisance call line of the UK... that was the extent of the conversation. Felt like it was a Bart Simpson style prank call.
Got a call from a "With-held" number, then minutes later got a call from the same company on this number saying "You have been selected to receive a discount..." I didn t let them get any further. These types of sales tactics are the lowest of the low methods of marketing and sales especially as my telephone number is registered with telephone preference!

Call center Pertaining to be from Whoopsie.co.uk. Another boiler maintenance company. They actually seem to be a legitimate firm offering alternative boiler maintenance contract as insurance brokers.. However, I am already with British Gas and have no problems with them and also 7 month left on the contract. Rather pushy sales rep who insinuated I had wasted 20 minutes of her time. In that case, job done at this end I would say.

Called about insurance on household appliances. Got the make of my washing machine and TV wrong. I asked what sort of cooker I had, gas he said, I don’t have gas in the house. I asked what bank I used, got that wrong too. When I told him he rang off!! Very rude????????

SCAM Claimed to be calling from the "National Debt Advice Service" which doesn't appear to exist. Said they got my number from the Debt Resolution Forum which they described as a "government body". Clearly a scam - AVOID.

SCAM. This number came through as a text and purports to be a dhl non-delivery notice with a link. The link takes you to a ‘google prize lottery’ which I didn’t bother to take further, but it’s obviously nothing to do with DHL. Have marked it as annoying and have blocked the number.
