SCAM / SPAM Phoned me asking details about a car accident compensation claim, they knew my name and address Probably a Phishing SCAM looking for more details, asked to speak with the supervisor and they hung up. As a Three mobile customer with a brand new number who doesn't share my anything on social media and is very wary of who has my number I suspect the Indian call center staff who work at Three is selling my details no other people have my details.

Silent call received from 07943011564: I received a call from this number just now. I didn't answer and within seconds, the caller hung up. It could have been a scam or a nuisance caller, I'm not sure, but it's the second of these that I've received today. Phoned the number back and the 'phone is switched off.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. Caller spoke in foreign language, took for attempts before he spoke in English then said it was Alex calling from BT Openreach about my internet connection. I told him it wasn?t BT then he swore profusely then hung up.

Supposedly a company called Direct Legal, claimed to want to talk to me about compensation for an accident. A quick google search reveals they are a debt collection agency based in Buckley, even though the phone number has a Glasgow area code.

I only answered because they have called me repeatedly for over a month. A man first asked for Lucy then when I said hello again he asked for Paul. I called the number from my land line & its possibly a company called something like Turn Signal. When I asked him to repeat the name he asked for my name so I hung up.

Calls claiming to be Virgin Media and there is a problem with my internet. Definitely not the case. The number they're calling me on is a company number and not linked to any internet account.
Thank you to everyone who have left comments regarding Target Media Solutions. To everyone that has lost money to these scammers I would ask you to get in touch with your local Trading Standards Officer, then apply to the Small Claims Court (it only costs £25.00 Online, which will be refunded to you.) If everyone does this hopefully Target Media Solutions will be put out of business and cannot con anyone else.
