I suspect this is a scam as mentioned 2 card charges both of which I know nothing about .

They didn’t even know my name and I’ve been with them for 20 years….jokes, but they did say they can confirm if I give them my email address….I don’t think so pal, they must of thought I was born yesterday, and I clearly stated to them I think your lying and prove yourself. "Hi my name is (fake name), I am calling you from Housing Maintenance Department"... (then I cut them off)

This is clearly a fraudulent call - advising that £900 was about to be charged to a debit/credit card!! They need to be exposed, so that they do NOT con someone!!

Asian gentleman called saying he is from BT open reach suggesting I have a problem with my internet as they are seeing errors from it. He demanded I install team viewer quick support app on my iPad to takeover my iPad remotely to resolve the issue. Of course I said no and stopped the conversation … clearly a scam as BT would never ask for this …

Ebay scam: you've allegedly purchased an expensive item which will be sent to a Manchester address. This number is the "ebay " assistance in case of problems etc.

This telephone number appears to be from Microsoft about a security breach. Microsoft tell me that it is NOT from them, and is a scam.
