The caller claimed to represent Home Living - a cold call. So I reported it to the Information Commissioner's Office, as I do with all cold calls and scam calls, text messages and emails.
I too have used Hilarys in the past, but I do not want to be cold called, so now blocked.

Sick to death of receiving bad press from numbers pretending to be my business, they sell their wares, the consumer gets fed up, researches the number adds up 2 & 2 gets 10 then complain about my business and I get to deal with their complaints. Who protects my reputation when these companies are allowed to trade make hundreds of unsolicited calls and hide behind the internet unchecked. ps. I don't chase ambulances and don't make unsolicited calls.

I am living in Switzerland and had the same issue, within 3 days 15 text messages were sent to this number and didn't even stop when I switched off FaceTime and iMessage on my iphone. Carrier first blamed Apple and Apple blamed Carrier. Called Apple Tech support and after debating long back and forth they advised to back up the iphone (after storing all data on iCloud). In the end this helped. Seems to have been a bug. Was quite annoying.
