If this was my bank they would identify themselves as such, and offer data to prove this. This is likely a scam, and best thing to do is hang up. Message left was incomplete. Robotic voice said “bank account. So enjoy using Amazon Prime Services or to unsubscribe from service speak to our Amazon Service Manager, press and 1.” I would not trust the fact that it is a mobile number, incomplete robotic Amazon message, etc. but cannot be certain.
Claimed to be from O2 offering a 40% discount on my bill for being a "loyal customer". Did not greet me by my name. When I called her out on that and asked her to drop me an e-mail if she was legit, she hung up.

020 8144 3803 Windows computer virus scam. They (whoever 'they' are) have been using the same script for years. In fact, this number goes back a while. They con you into giving them access to your PC, plant a virus on it (supposedly) then charge you £100's to remove it. Just hang up & block the number.

Please be extremely careful if you pick up your phone as it’s LOCAL number because I’ve had lots of these calls that I don’t answer & it’s impossible to phone back because you get the number you have Dialled has not been Recognised. It’s definitely a Sophisticated Scamming System.

This was a recorded message clearly of a fraudulent nature, saying that I was to be arrested for tax fraud. I immediately hung up and did not listen to the whole message. I presume that there is some scam involved. It is at least annoying and is potentially dangerous for the unwary.
I don’t know how or why this landline number would call me from Glasgow given tho I don’t have any relatives or engage with any business in that country.
