I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. I d ignored this call for ages, but it rang when my baby was asleep and I couldn t mute it quick enough and accidentally answered it. All I hear was congratulations before I disconnected it. I came on this site and rang O2 to check whether I would be charged, and they said no. I would only be charged if I called them.
