SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.

Suspected scam. I had a call from 07932918018 this morning. A recorded message said I had unusual transactions on my bank account. I was than put through to an "operative" who asked for my name and date of birth. I hung up at this point and will check with my bank.

I got an email from PayPal, saying I purchased a cell phone & that payment is now due. I called the number on the invoice from PayPal, a man with a thick indian accent answered & struggled to speak good English to explain himself. He asked me for the invoice number & said that a purchase was made IN MY NAME although my opening remarks were 'I don't have a PayPal account but I received an email requesting payment for a purchase' - when I asked him 'what's my name?' he hung up! Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.
