I m currently on holiday and the phone call went straight to voice mail with no ring tone. Could be because I have mobile data turned off but still annoying. Judging from the comments too this seems to be a harassment caller. When I get back to the UK I ll ring the number back and see what they actually want.

How is this a Russian number with the prefix +44 ? Beside that it regularly appears in my mobile messages saying I have a voicemail waiting with a web address to access it. SCAM Caller phoned to offer me extended insurance on my Samsung washing machine. Great offer and would not need a lot of information - just sort code and account number. Would not post me the information due to covid 19. I said I would have to refuse offer as covid is not an excuse for not sending out written information. Called Samsung and was told they do not phone people to offer extended insurance and don't even offer extended insurance.
