28 Dec 2021 - Claimed to be offering some phone deal (hard to tell exactly what, through thick Indian accent). I repeatedly challenged him on not having checked my number against Telephone Preference Service "do not call" list, and eventually he apologised and hung up. Reply

Asked if I was the property owner of an address and something about conducting energy prices calls. Am suspicious of how they got number and what they needed it for.
