This number called at 12.19 today saying they could get my TV down to £7.99 per month not the £39.99 I was paying when I said I do not pay for my TV they went quiet end of call obvious some scam

mobile rung 09:25 and when answered cut off immediately. No reason for anyone in that area to call me. Suspect scam of some sort.
Claimed to be from Barclays. Said there was a fraudulent transaction. They wanted me to find my card reader.
This number called pretending to be my service provider and wanted access to my computer.
