Call from scottish guy telling me to get off his wifi and he looked up my phone number from my ip address (is this even possible?) Told him I had no idea who he was or what he was talking about and hung up

A recorded message claiming to be from "my bank" although it didn't give a bank name. Something regarding a £600 transfer, and to press 1 to speak to someone. After about 30 seconds (having not responded) the caller disconnected.
I called them back and they refused to tell me who they were. Seems a strange way to do business.
