This is a scam! Company purporting to be "microsoft" want to gain control of your computer to extort monet from you. DO NOT admit you have a computer! DO NOT turn on any computing device until you have ended the call! Tell the caller they are a LIAR - they usually become abusive when you insist they cannot be from "microsoft".
