SCAM Allegedly calling from O2 offering a 40% discount to existing customers as a retention "bonus" to stop losing customers due to the COVID pandemic... very strong indian accent so actually quite hard to understand if you are not Indian. If you agree to sign up, they say they will send you 2 SMS messages and you need to give them the code from the second message to verify you are the account holder, then they will sign you up for the discount promotion.
