I still received a text with a code to enter to continue to use my account which also says if u didn't authorise this please contact o2. Did so and o2 knew nothing. I ve had that many calls from this number recently it s getting me down. The callers are MKRR a debt collection company but they have no legal right to be ringing and pestering the public. I am wary of answering my phone to any unknown numbers and thank god for caller display! They keep mithering by post as well but I ve been advised to ignore them.
