Northern Gas (various companies with same name) - woman rang who knew my name, told me I was entitled to a free boiler if I was the home owner and under 75 (why?). I said that I had already checked and I was NOT entitled to a free boiler, she said I was, I again said that I am not entitled to a free boiler and she said I was.
