Fraud, claims to be BT and there is a problem with my broadband, I'm not account holder but still wanted to help me fix it by allowing them access but is clearly calling from India, very poor quality connection
Claimed to be from BT Openreach, when I asked where he got my number from he threw a load of verbal abuse at me to which I responded that he's obviously not from BT Openreach and hung up.

As I guessed, this "savings club" has attracted many complaints, though it appears not with Tellows so far. I was, of course, busy when the telephone rang.
