This number is given as the "customer services" number on a fake eBay email. The email is for a high value item that has supposedly just been purchased on my account and to call customer services if there's an issue. I do not have an eBay account associated with the email address I received the email on. The email doesn't refer to me by name. eBay don't manage orders for sellers, the sellers have to do that themselves. A domestic phone line is not going to be used for customer services for an o
