It appears to be a scam, as when you answer you hear a recorded message claiming it is from HMRC and ask you to press 1 to speak to an operator otherwise a legal action will be taken. HMRC don't use mobile number to contact tax payer
Fraud Told me a transfer from my credit card £600 was underway and to press 2 to stop it happening
Pretending to be from Virgin Media called our landline - After the call I phoned back the number on my mobile and it was not recognised.

Dodgey accent - called me and asked who this was then hung up. I called back they said “who is this why are you calling me?” I said you called me then they hung up…
Call received 14.30 on 17/4/2023. Recorded message purporting to come from a bank fraud prevention team (no bank named) alleging that two suspicious requests had been received for payments from "your account" (no account details given). No evidence of unexpected activity in my accounts. SPAM.

Fixed Sum Loan Agreement Regulated by the Consumer Credit Act-1974 Loan Agreement is made [19/04/2023] Valid Until: This Paper is valid only on the date produced. Must be commenced by [30/04/2023] Loan Reference No: FLL/2902 Representative APR Between 3.4% TO Maximum 15.8%
This number informed me that 2 card transactions had been noted as suspicious: Over £500 with Amazon and an International transfer of £1300. Press 1 or 2.....etc. I cancelled the call and dialled the number and got TS TOURS. Who are they and why are they?
