This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. They take you to Event Viewer administrative events in order to show you a scary page with yellow warning triangles and red error messages. Then to another caller for their main strike. They have a complete spurious way of showing your apparent computer |ID which they can
Had a phone call from this number claiming to be from carphone warehouse trying to see a contract to me I spoke for a while and then said thank you I am not interested he got abusive told me i was a time waster i said i thought he was wasting my time he then called me a rascist and told me i was islam phobic reported the call to carphone warehouse tho doubt it was them
