SCAM/ Fraud. Claiming to be from Barclays fraud department. Had several calls from variations on the 0345 number, stating fraudulent action on credit card. Card has been cancelled, still calling saying transactions are pending. If number is dialled it says it is an incorrect number

27223 They called asking about our life insurance I asked who the company was three times and they avoided to answer saying they were from a validation department All the time in the background it sounded you could hear heavy traffic and people as if they were outside a cafe on some third country high street When pushed for the company name they hung up

Pretending they tried to deliver a parcel providing a phishing website. They also tried again with another message saying “mom I’ve smashed my phone, texting off my friends phone but it’s 1%. Message me to 07943742512” both messages on the same day, such a genius

*****Suspected SCAM**** Someone saying they were from Marston Recovery (High Court Enforcement) regarding unpaid council tax. I don't owe council tax. They became rude when I told them I would not give any information and did not owe any money. SCAM called with an automated message saying that it's from the tax office and I owe tax and to prevent going to jail that I needed to press 1 to answer them. I haven't worked in over 20years so I don't pay tax so not even the smallest possibility that I would owe any. Also the tax office would never contact you by phone. Just and scam to steal money. Why don't they get a proper job.

SCAM text saying that Simon could not deliver parcel from the Post Office and could I fill in my details. I filled in a pile of crap and they only stopped me going further this time because they cannot count and apparently I am in London...news to me. The call came from Manchester yet again probably rerouted from a call centre abroad. I have blocked the number as always.

73p access charge an 7p. A short ring received and stop so knew it was a scam, but trying to delete from my missed calls, my phone dialled the number and I ended the call but not quick enough, so charged. Obviously a scam to may you call back a premium number and make money from their charges.

got a text from Halifax saying did you use your card for 103.00 GBP, if yes reply Yes, If No call 08004370296 - checked with Halifax and this is not their phone number If you do call the number it goes through Halifax Fraud but this is a scam
