Asian female who clearly had difficulty speaking or understanding english and said that she was calling from Accident and Investigation Department. I asked her to repeat it twice and then tolf her it was clearly a scam call and put the phone down. I am registered with TPS and my phone is XD and this firm which purtporst to be calling from Sheffield is clearly breaking cold calling regulations and are a plain nuisance

She knew that I wasn t with TalkTalk and did know who provides my Broadband service. I checked with TalkTalk and received confirmation that this is not a TalkTalk number.
