Caller claims to be from by openreach and says there is an attempt to hack into our router, she wanted a Clsi number ... then gave me her customer care number 08000232023 which has been reported as a scam openreach number.

How come nobody else has received a phone call from this number, I am pestered buy them using different numbers bur the same company.
This number has just started calling me, rings 4-5 times a day.. a real nuisance.

Scam automated call stating it is a message from BT telling you know that your landline and internet connection are going to be cut off. It is an international call and they ask you to press a number to continue the call. Best advice is to hang up and block the number! I seem to get a similar phone call every day at the moment - each time from a different number.

my wife received a call from this number asking if she was happy with her purchase of space bags. she was then told that she would receive a catalogue and to put it in the bin if she wasn t interested (no mention of any holidays) today she received a brochure from FreeTime stating that an annual amount of 99.99 would be taken.
