Called me several times regarding housing disrepair and I informed them O have my own house and requested to remove my phone but because they are scam they won't remove it. Spam pretending to be o2, sent me text messages also during call with a code and offered me discount.

Text pretending to be my child, saying phone smashed and asking me to contact this number on WhatsApp. Scam.
I did not respond, but checked the dialling code and found that it did not exist. Clearly a scammer.
