After getting a couple of quotes which weren t appealing at all, i decided to have a look online in which i found some much better prices. online. Calls from number 01215257983 are a scam. The person pretends to be from B.T. and says there is a problem with your internet speed and wants you to run some tests on your laptop. Unfortunately for him my Internet Service Provider is not B.T. and I am also an electronics engineer, so when I started to ask him technical questions he became very, very, abusive and hung up. This number is now blocked on my phone and I would suggest others do so.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account.
