I think this is a scam number. Recorded American accent saying HMRC and that a fine would be implemented and to press 1 to speak to someone. Obviously I didn’t, line then went dead !!

Fraud - recorded message about possible fraudulent activity on bank account. Message says to press 1 to authorise payments or 2 to confirm payments are fraudulent.

I was called by this number to say someone was trying to purchase 200 on amazon and 700 on ebay. They first said my visa was being used I don't have a visa, then he said it could be a Mastercard? I asked who he was , he said 81 Newgate Street London, but I meant was he from my bank ?, he said he was from barclays , I do not have a barclays account.

it;s the usual lowlife trying desperately trying to rob me of my pension pot. I'd like them to have a go at my bank, I'd get rid of my overdraft then! Seriously I consider ALL of these calls Dangerous, each and every one of them are lowlife robbers so how can they be anything less than dangerous ? Owen called from 0113 823 1763 claiming to be from Nationwide Fire Safety and said we had a quote for fire extinguishers from them last year - but had a 8year+ old address and we had never spoken to them before. Scam.

Claim to be from BT Openreach about issues with our router. Shame we’re not with that company. She kept insisting that even though we weren’t with them she needed to tell us about these issues with her router. When I challenged her about the fact that it was a scam and how could she live with herself and that BT had nothing to do with our router and couldn’t see our router she stuck to her guns that she was legit and needed to tell us what was happening with our router. I just hung up.

Known phone hacker , he uses spyweare to spy on people phones he send messages/pictures with an embedded code which opens your phone so he can view messages on all social media, text and whatsapp and emails! He is a peeping tom! Do not open any messages delete immediately and block!

SCAM - pretend to be calling to book me for a conference at ExCel London in November because I have previously attended it before using a Manchester local number. Started with the call will be recorded and they have called earlier this week with a different number. When asked how they got the number hung up the call.
