Pretended they knew who I was and that they had a PPI payment for me if I would just confirm my details. Needless to say they hadn t and I didn t. They didn t even know my name.
SCAM or Virgin Media are using a very expensive call service.

Fraud Told me there was an unknown payment trying to come out of my bank account. It was going to be frozen but I needed to get a new sort code and account number. Asked me to make a new payee transfer and transfer money over to have a safer account.
What out people, these are debt collection agency, tried contacting my wife by letter in her maiden name, married 15 years plus asking to pay a debt we never had, very dodgy just ignored the letter, te number chargers to call and will be very expensive on your bill report I have
