This is Scott and co, debt collectors, ,probably chasing some sort of council debt
Pretending to be 02 asking to update payment details.
No idea who it was as I did not answer so searched online for the number and cannot find it anywhere. I called the number back and it does not exist apparently!

said he was calling from tesco insurance team, claims department. asked him for his contact number, took ages to give it to me, he googled their number. scam call, 3rd ive had today. when asking for more detail about the claim he starting questioning who i was!
