Caller claimed to be from O2 offering me a discount on my monthly contract. I'm not contracted with O2.

Wanting to discuss recent car accident I'd had. He put the phone down when I said I was so pleased he'd called as I'd lost both my arms. Can't think why! SCAM

I didn't answer this number, as I do not know it, I don't know anyone in London. It rang my mobile number, but never left a message , even though the answering machine kicked in. The map was not clear enough for me to see what part of London the call came from

Missed call - I am in the US and this number has called me on 2 occasions with no message.
Person of asian origin said he was from Currys, asked does he mean the electronic retailer no reply given he then went in to retirick regards mobile networks, blocked the number as I have had quite a few of these type of calls over the last couple of months.

This was a recorded message from a number purporting to be a bank (which bank not specified) and telling me that 2 dodgy transactions had just been recorded. One payment to Amazon, and one international payment via an unspecified website. Obviously crap, but a potential cause of anxiety nonetheless.

Fraud. Text received from them saying they are the "PRA Group. You have a discount". I didn't open the text, but googled PRA Group instead. Apparently they are an American debt collecting agency. Blocked!
Claimed to be from quotWindows Service Centrequot wanting to help with computernetwork He said his name was Ven Sen and that he could be reached on 18001021100 which is indeed Microsoft Support though not from UK
