Definitely a scam. They obtained a DHL notification for something ordered overseas then try and make you think you need to pay import duty. Do not ring as number transfers to foreign network.

Had a call from this number asking for a name i have never heard of. I told the woman that she had a wrong number and that the name she was asking for is not known on my number. I did not let her ask my name. I hung up so do not know what the call was about.

Suspect this may be related to a recent online car valuation - irritating, yes, but if whoever is running this "business" thinks that this is the way to attract custom and grow their enterprise, they re, quite frankly, simple and/or delusional

I wrote a complaint to the dwp last week and I got a call today from this number. The voice mail left says they were from the dwp and calling about the letter I sent in complaint. The number onscreen was the 0800 number but when listening to voicemail, the carrier gave a different number and the number left in the message for me to call was the same and not the 0800 number. I m guessing this is genuine..
Automated call. Claiming the BP phone number is to be disconnected. Bit difficult when it is not managed by BT! Scam to obtain information for fraud.
