It is a scam. Pre-recorded message saying the internet is going to be cut off in 4 hours due a a fault and to press 1 to contact your provider and order a new router, it is a scam, do not press 1 and hang up.
According to the caller someone in my house has been involved in a car accident. Absolute rubbish. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Told they are busy. So am I. Hung up.

[09/02/21 10:11] 07807946374 called saying that I was in debt, when asked who I was in debt to they stated (quote) "You are in debt on credit card, your bank, yes." when asked more specifically who I was in debt to they stated (quote) "you are in debt, yes." Caller had an obvious Indian accent, spoke poor English and didn't understand what they were talking about. SCAM AND FRAUD CALL.
SCAM Claim to be BT and that the internet service has been compromised by different IP addresses, Indian sounding voice. Previous experience that most BT calls are UK based this was definitely a foreign call centre you could hear the chatter in the background, which you dont get when dealing direct with BT.
