phoned asking for someone who ive never heard of; then hung up so I called back at got the muppet who phoned; told him to take my number from their database. 5 mins later they called back. Total con merchants who know nothing about energy saving anyway

Yes I agree with Anonymous why are people so rude. I even tried to phone them back, but they hung up on me mid sentence.
Reported to be calling on the behalf of BT "Nicole" I think that the foreign lady tried to pass her name off as. when requested a return phone number she gave the standard 0800 800 ... number when asked for her employee number she hung up
