I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Called twice this week on call out number for plumbers - asking to speak to person who deals with coffee consumption. Were told that we are in serviced offices - so we do not have anyone dealing with coffee. harrased me for the number of my office building - told sternly NO. Call back 2 days later, same again
