Caller did not give his name or company. He said that he was calling in relation to a parcel that was being delivered. I was expecting a parcel so continued with the call. He then said that, in order to be able to complete the delivery, he would have to send two letters out to me. At this point I realised the call wasn't genuine and asked who the call was for. He replied "you." I asked him to clarify who the call was for and where he was calling from. He again said "you" and that he was
