American or Canadian accent, purporting to be BT. My Broadband line has been compromised press 1 for BT and 2 for other. As if I would be so silly!
They said I owed £799.00 to amazon and my account would be closed. I'm in my nineties, do not have Internet and have never heard of amazon. My carer took the call and put the phone down.
