I have just had the same thing tried on me, i agreed to dossier books for schools and an invoice of £195 would be posted out....SCAM!!
Contacted me on my mobile 3 or 4 times. The once I answered, at 6pm, a very aggressive and rude male. I cut the call.
They say they are a company called rest easy and talking about an insurance policy i took out in 2009...NO I DIDN'T! this isn't the first time they called...told them ...

THIS IS A SCAM CALLER. Says he is from BT Openreach but the phone number is Horizon Blinds in Elgin. When I questioned him he used the word federal whicj of course is not used in the UK. Beware of people phoming from this number. I told him he should be ashamed of himself and hung up.
When I answered they just ended the call
