When I tried phoning the number back, it said number not recognised?!
Human "hello" then "HMRC" automated voice. Hung up before listening to the whole thing.

Had a call from "Tom" saying he was ringing back about insulation we'd had installed in our loft. Except we'd never had insulation installed as we don't even have a loft! Immediately hung up when I said this. Guessing it's some kind of scam/marketing operation.
SCAM Claimed to be from Virgin,stating we have a issue with our Broadband. I was told there were errors going back , to show a issue. I asked what the errors were , the 'lady'could not answer( perhaps because we had strayed from the script!).

Automated call telling me my internet would be cut off.
SCAM Said from Three mobile but refused to use my title and surname. Asked for my email address and kept talking over me.
I was called from this number with a recorded message saying my Internet would be disconnected due to illegal activity.. press 1 to speak with someone etc. This is clearly a scam and I hung up without selecting any options
They said it was The National Crime Agency and they were going to suspend something - I then hung up
Asian male, sounded like a busy switchboard, told me he was calling from 'the tax office' and I owed tax which I should directly pay to him, immediately, over the phone. Wouldn't give me his name, I hung up and blocked it.
17 hours agoSMS sent from +447742135787: "DPD: Sorry we missed you. To book your delivery for another day please visit, https://dpd.missed5q4k.com/delivery". Clearly a scam since the web address is not related to pdp.com and I am not expecting any pdp deliveries.Reply
