Caller asked for me by name and said he was from Lloyds and needed to talk to me about my account. Asked for confirmation of my details. When I refused, as I couldn t confirm who he was he gave me this number. 0801450661 I didn t ring the number as I thought it could be a way to get around me. Having read this thread if seems that this is someone phishing

worse customer service ever. 1 day overdue on a payment. already spoke to spark energy regarding it. about to clear it - this makes me want to take them to court instead of settling any balance. They might want to invest in web design - their emails are awful i would throw that straight to spam if i didnt see spark in there.
