Not sure if it is a scam, but concerned they knew my name, and what domestic appliances I have. We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. Told them I don't need their insurance as would by new if beyond economic repair, and the caller seemed surprised that I could fix a recent washing machine problem myself. It's not difficult to change the brushes on the motor or to unblock the filter
Said it was Amazon calling about my order for I-phone 7. Usual thing press1 to connect etc. SCAM!!!!

Said the name of the company which I could not catch and that they understood I had an accident recently. I said how did you get my number - line cleared. This was on my mobile which is private. This is the third call over the last two months - is the voice automated? The question and voice are always the same although the number is different. Blocked number and reported to TPS.
