Called by automated voice claiming to be hmrc and that I was involved in a fraud case and to press 1 to be connected to an operator. Would suggest hanging up straight away.

SCAM / SPAM someone claiming to be based in Hammersmith trying to sell crypto investments, allegedly. I let him talk for a bit before asking for his company's Financial Conduct Authority registration number at which point he got very nervous and said "once you have agreed to go ahead, we have people that can provide you with information." I pointed out that if his company had an FCA number it would be on their website, so why not look it up and tell me? More nervous shilly shallying until
