This number is the national delivery company Expert Logistics based in Crewe. They deliver appliances on behalf of many online stores.
Female states she is calling from Amazon with regard to my Prime account and will be taking money from my bank account. I do not have a prime account.

A foreign speaking person (possibly of Indian origin) started with the usual stupid questions eg can you confirm your phone number (which they had obviously just dialled) when I told them they knew it as they had just dialled it, they then started asking me to confirm some personal details. When I refused to do this,they then hung up.
Unsolicited know it all.
scam alert!!!! will offer upgrade on EE phone no new contract blah blah, you'll get a new phone and a contract set up in your name. Gullible persons will send the new phone to a wrong address and EE will chase you for the handset! This is how the scam works. Report and block
