Just had a text from the number 012685-578577 asking me to contact Claire regarding my account with T-Mobile.I thought it strange as why would they not email or ring me so it is interesting to see it is not directly from T-Mobile. I recently got a brill deal with T-Mobile for Broadband and a brill deal for my mobile with another company.Other than actually pay me to take their products I couldnt do any better than I have. PPI Calls from South African using Tel. No. 0161 814 2295, 0162 284 5443, etc and nearly drove me around the bend calling up to 6 times daily.

This number is apparently a "proxy": I called it back and the caller was NOT in Worthing...? Scotland, apparently..!? Anyway, DONT answer, or indeed EVER call back.... ;-)

Definitely a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION to a caller. NEVER RETURN A CALL and NEVER ...

A woman pretended to be a staff member of my bank and wanted to have my identification card number. When I wanted to know the name of the bank, she said cheeky that I still needed to know which bank I am.

The official Pension Adisory Service says No Cold Calls . I ve had 5 in the past 2 months. Each time I tell them that I am a pensions advisor (even though I am not, but do work in finance) They don t give up. I have finally recorded a conversation with them that if they call me again I will consult the CAB about harassment charges .

I received a text message from them telling me I owed them over £90 and to contact them regarding the issue. After speaking to O2 previously, they informed me that the number did not belong to O2; and because of this, I decided to do a little digging.
