Caller has name and texts message asking if this is my personal number. Beware- no idea who caller is and not from location I tecognise

Fraud Offering a special deal of 40% discount on O2 billing. Very noisy background. Indian sub-continent area voice/accent. Very pushy.
Women with English accent told me I had Aviva insurance 22 per month and it was due for a renew As I said I wasnt interested she hang up I dont have any Aviva insurance

Its a giffgaff or EE, not landline
This is a scam company trying to sell services for stock trading. They use a multiple mobile back up numbers also. They are always non English natives with Russian, east European, Indian accents featuring. They will offer to send you a clickable What's App link which is possibly infected with a Trojan virus or takes you to a website. They will keep calling no matter you telling them you are not interested. Definitely avoid.
