SCAM do not give any information to these nuisances. I have now got bt Call Protect (free) but you can only sort the calls out properly online. Not everyone has a computer to do this. I wont buy a special phone to stop the calls. I use ansafone which is on

SCAM Said they were ringing me from the UK Benefit Department. As soon as I said they weren't they hung up. These are the same people who say they work for Beneficial/ring about a road traffic accident in the last 2 years/ring about your life insurance policy or any other thing they can think of to try to get sensitive information out of you. They never succeed with me but yet they keep trying almost every day.

Would only speak to the business director about a confidential matter. When asked to give more information on what this matter was they hung up.

Called themselves Consumer Solutions. Accent was almost impossible to understand. A total waste of time. Was trying to convince us we'd save money on central heating with them or something along those lines.

Luke Ballantyne was listed as a Director of HML Consultants but resigned in November 2019, with Sarah Aldrige appointed as a Director in the same month. Ballantyne is listed as a Director of 'Home Cover Group Limited' yet another company offering extended warranties for home appliances. Their telephone number is 0333 2125609. Called saying they were from business roundtable and were doing a survey. I informed him that we did not do surveys especially over the telephone when we do not know who we are giving the information to, he was very polite, but I am not sure if it is a genuine survey or a scam.
