Said he was calling from MoJ and I was to receive a refund of £3k relating to a loan (unspecified). All I had to do was to get an i-tunes card - apparently so I could pay HMRC the relevant tax, and then call him back on this number. Don't know how

Calls constantly from this number but they always hang up when answered. Finally they connected today and tried to sell me life insurance, gave them a mouthful about their service.
I got a call from Consumer Exchange telling me that I was involved in an accident, which I had not, when I told the guy that he was incorrect he asked me if I had an accident at work and I said no, but I did tell him I had an accident 15 years ago so he asked me if I had made a claim about that accident so I mentioned that I did not as making claims for an accident was not really a bog thing unlike now
