This is a scam number pretending to be Amazon UK. They pretended that i had mistakenly signed up for 'their' yearly subscription and stated i they were due to take 79.99 out of my account today if i did not cancel immediately. They stated that they could sort this out online and that I may be due a refund. I asked them to call back and contacted Amazon service desk who explained that they had never called me and that i was still subscribed on monthly terms. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR DETAILS.
There are few similar numbers reported on these pages as a nuisance, scam and unsolicited bank services or just a recorded message (in this case be aware, this should be a trap to make you call them back - line is for shared costs!)... sometimes connected with the Pension review team, which can also be only a call centre working for them: 08437240459, 08437240463 and 08437240470 - see all of them same call centre 084372404xx and all for shared costs, so I assume this is good working money trap... Avoid and dont call back
This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. Tell me who uses the numbers with shared rate and just rings - they want you to call back and loose your money! It could be some legitimate company, but no way I would call them back.
