Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I have had calls from this number, after a long conversation regarding data protection, I confirmed my address to discover it was for my previous address. The debt was from several years back that I thought was paid. This is not a scam, but people who are doing a job to get debt paid. You wouldn t walk into a shop and fill a trolley with goods and leave only paying for some of it. With debt we have either received the goods or service. Mine was for photos that I had forgot about

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.
