It s a hospital, the number probably doesn t take incoming calls. See Charlie s comment from earlier in this thread, it gives you the switchboard number.

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. They sent a message asking to call them urgently, when I called them they refused to say what there company did unless I gave them my details, they said they had sent emails and letters, which I havent recived.
